Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including sizing, color, and quantity, as all sales are final once placed.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at aromixsupport@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at aromixsupport@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
